About the Role
Lush Hair Nigeria is hiring a Factory Cost Accountant for our factory to translate daily production data into actionable insights for operations and management.
Working closely with the Factory Manager, you will own operational reporting, cost analysis and productivity analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily factory performance dashboards and operational MIS
Analyse production performance against PPIC production plans
Conduct labour productivity and manpower-utilisation analysis
Analyse material consumption, BOM variance and wastage
Analyse production cost and operational efficiency
Prepare weekly and monthly factory performance reports
Coordinate the Monthly Functional Review and track action items.
RequirementsB.Sc / HND in Accounting, Cost Accounting or Finance
Professional qualification in Cost & Management Accounting, ICAN is a strong advantage
3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing cost accounting or factory finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical skills and comfort in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment
Must reside in or be able to commute daily to Ikorodu.
