Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues where necessary.
Process customer requests, applications, and service updates accurately.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the company's CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
Meet individual and team service targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and promotions.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
