Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: ELV Technician
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extral low voltage system systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, Public Address system andaccess control.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality.
Work Experience / Qualification:Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or Trade test.
Experience Required: 3 - 6+ years’ experience as a ELV maintenance in a facility management sector is preferred.
Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
