Job Title: Generator Mechanic / Engineer
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair of generators
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with generators
Repair or replace faulty parts and components
Conduct generator testing to ensure proper functionality
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with generators
Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to solve complex problems
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies related to generator maintenance and repair
Requirements3+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and repairs of generators and electrical appliances
Ability to troubleshoot and repair generator systems
Experience with petrol, diesel or gas-powered generators
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
