Pazino Engineering & Construction Company (Pazino ECC) is a growing and reputable Engineering & Construction company with interests across Real Estate, Paint Manufacturing, and Travel & Tours. We are seeking a competent, experienced, and people-focused HR Manager to join our team and take ownership of our human resources functions while supporting the company's growth and organisational objectives. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employment: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems. Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration. Develop strategies for employee retention, engagement, motivation, and career development. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally. Establish and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, appraisals, and staff development plans. Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Work closely with management and departmental heads on workforce planning and organisational development. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant staff training programs. Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, staff welfare, and other employee-related matters. Provide management with HR reports, workforce insights, and recommendations to support business decisions. Promote a positive, professional, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture. Stay updated on HR best practices, employment regulations, and industry trends.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in Human Resources management. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Property Management, or a related industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and employee relations. Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and people-management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems/tools is an advantage.
