Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management practices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Male candidate preferred.
Must be willing to work fully onsite in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Resides within reasonable commuting distance to Victoria Island or its environs.
SalaryN50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
