We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Assurance and Quality Control Officer
Location: Lekki / Ajah - Lagos
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures across operational activities.
Conduct quality inspections of fiber installations, network infrastructure, and customer premises equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
Perform routine quality audits on engineering projects, customer installations, and maintenance works.
Verify that completed installations comply with approved engineering designs, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality management policies.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct post-installation quality assessments to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare quality inspection reports, audit findings, and recommendations for management.
Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with Engineering, Projects, GNOC, Customer Support, Sales, and Procurement to improve operational quality.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Track recurring faults, installation defects, and customer complaints, and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with company quality standards during project execution.
Assist in developing and updating quality management policies, procedures, and checklists.
Conduct quality awareness sessions and support training initiatives for operational teams.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during inspections and audits.
Participate in acceptance testing of newly deployed network infrastructure before commissioning.
Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and prepare periodic performance reports.
Perform any other quality assurance or operational improvement duties assigned by management.
