Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer acquisition.
We are particularly interested in experienced female candidates with a strong background in sales leadership and business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and individual/team performance.
Drive lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to Management.
Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
SalaryN350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
