 Job Title: Community Outreach Officer

Location: Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Description

The Community Outreach Officer will represent Brilliance Homecare Limited across Lagos communities, build referral partnerships, engage families, and support client acquisition. The role involves field visits, relationship building, brand representation, and structured reporting.


Responsibilities

Conduct outreach visits to hospitals, churches, clinics, pharmacies, and community groups. Build referral relationships with nurses, pastors, social workers, and local leaders. Engage families and clearly explain Brilliance Homecare’s services. Generate leads and support client acquisition targets. Submit daily outreach activity reports. Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s UK-standard care values. Participate in weekly performance reviews and planning sessions.


Requirements
Education:

Minimum OND / HND / BSc in any field. Preferred fields: Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or related disciplines.


Experience:

1–3 years experience in community engagement, field marketing, outreach, customer service, sales, NGO work, or similar roles. Experience working with hospitals, churches, or community groups is an added advantage. Previous client-facing or referral-generation experience is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

Must reside in Lagos. Must be willing to travel within assigned communities. Must be honest, reliable, and able to represent the brand professionally. Must have an active smartphone for communication and reporting. Must be available for immediate employment.


Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident public speaking and community engagement ability. Good organisational and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Relationship-building and networking skills. Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.)
