Job Summary
The creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer – Motion & Graphics Specialist will support the development of engaging visual and multimedia content across digital and corporate communication channels.
Will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, video content, and graphic designs that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping creative concepts, storyboards, and visual content for campaigns, programmes, and events.
Producing and editing promotional videos, event highlights, reels, and social media content.
Designing motion graphics, animated assets, and branded templates for digital platforms.
Creating visually compelling marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, presentation slides, ads, mailers, signage, and handouts.
Adapting and optimizing video and design content for multiple platforms and formats.
Collaborating with the Marketing & Branding team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Supporting periodic event coverage and post-event multimedia production.
Refreshing and standardizing marketing collaterals to maintain a modern and cohesive brand identity.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any related field.
Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design.
Proficiency in relevant design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong creative, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.
Applicants must reside in Lagos.
Competencies:Graphic design skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web.
Brand development skills.
Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools.
Creativity.
Interpersonal skills.
Understanding of marketing, web design, advertisements and multimedia design.
