Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating 4+ years of professional design experience across print, digital, and brand identity projects. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets. Create original illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as required. Design product packaging, labels, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.

Contribute to the development of creative strategies and campaigns that align with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the brand visually relevant and competitive. Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print.

Review and proof all designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure high-quality output. Maintain an organized archive of design files, assets, and templates for easy access and reuse.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field. Professional certifications in design software are an added advantage. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, corporate, or creative studio environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across print, digital, branding, and multimedia. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is an advantage. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and 3D design is a plus. Understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills.
