Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with institutional goals. Create and curate high-quality content, including videography. photography, and graphics.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Track KPIs and provide regular analytical reports to optimize performance.
Stay ahead of digital trends to drive brand growth.
Core Eligibility
Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (ideally in academic or financial services).
Strong proficiency in videography, photography, and content creation (Canva/Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
