Job Summary
Kaya by Dami is seeking a vibrant, creative, and customer-focused Store Rep to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support store operations, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, provide product recommendations, and drive sales.
Process POS transactions and handle customer concerns professionally.
Maintain clean, organized, and attractive displays.
Restock, tag, and price merchandise and assist with receiving deliveries.
Support inventory counts, track stock levels, and report low-stock or fast-moving items.
Communicate customer feedback and store needs to the Supervisor.
Assist with product photography, videos, styling, and simple online inquiries.
Support Instagram and digital activities that drive engagement and sales.
RequirementsOND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
POS experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
Creative eye for displays and merchandising.
Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well in a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:4 days per week
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
CompensationN100,000 monthly.
