Job Title: Growth Marketer

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Hybrid (Two days onsite)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• This role requires a mix of strategic marketing, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution, with direct responsibility for driving measurable business growth.
• The role focuses on scaling the company’s client base, optimizing funnels, managing paid campaigns, and ensuring that marketing efforts directly translate to sales and client bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, conversion, and lead capture.
• Create and test funnels that convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and test landing pages, funnels, and offers for higher lead-to-client conversion.
• Run retargeting and remarketing campaigns to reduce churn and boost repeat purchases.

Client Retention & Engagement:

• Implement email and WhatsApp automation for client nurturing.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client engagement metrics.
• Design loyalty/referral programs to boost client retention.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and
• CRM dashboards.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with clear action points.
• Use A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.

Retention & Growth Hacking:

• Implement referral programs, loyalty campaigns, and membership upsells.
• Drive organic growth strategies (SEO, YouTube, blog content) alongside paid efforts.
• Continuously test new growth channels (influencer platforms, niche communities,
• podcasts).

Content & Creative Collaboration:

• Work with designers to produce high-converting ad creatives, motion graphics, and UGC-style videos.
• Research and develop influencer/affiliate campaigns that drive measurable signups and sales.
• Generate creative campaign ideas aligned with client needs in the wellness industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of running high-performing campaigns that delivered measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, email/CRM automation.
• Data-driven mindset; must be highly skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools.
• Ability to work fast, execute experiments, and pivot quickly.
• Excellent understanding of funnels, client journey, and conversion psychology.
• Applicants must reside within Magodo or environs.

Salary
N160,000 / Month.
