Job Summary
Honeytreat Global Sevices Limited (a subsidiary of Honeytreat Group) is seeking for a hands-on, proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a CNG retail business.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, monitor stock and safety compliance, and ensure smooth daily operations across the retail station.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily CNG retail operations
Supervise station employees and schedules
Monitor CNG stock, sales and dispensing
Ensure HSE and safety compliance
Coordinate equipment maintenance
Manage cash/POS reconciliation
Handle customer service and operational issues
Prepare operational reports
Ensure compliance with company SOPs
Qualifications & Skills Needed
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related fields
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in CNG, LPG, Gas, Fuel Retail, Energy or related operations
Experience managing teams and daily operations
Good knowledge of HSE, safety.
SalaryN200,000 - N250,000 per month.
