Experience designing and delivering impactful talent acquisition programs
A bachelor’s degree and deep knowledge of labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including trainee programs and people development
A solution-oriented mindset, sound business acumen, and the ability to work cross-culturally with emotional intelligence.
Results-driven and thrive for excellence
Knowledge of hiring trends and market insight.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Deliver recruitment for key positions, collaborating with TA partners to ensure quality and speed. 
Use external research and networks to stay ahead of talent trends across the region and Hellenic territories.
Co-lead Assessment & Development Centers (A&DCs) for critical roles
Apply ongoing talent scanning to proactively identify and engage talent pools. 
Partner with line managers and HRBPs to build and maintain a robust, future-focused talent pipeline.
Leverage regional synergies to balance hiring peaks and optimize recruitment resources throughout the year.
Expand sourcing channels to build wider, more diverse talent pools across the region.
Continuously improve the hiring experience for both candidates and line managers within NBC.
Act as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition across the region, leading TA Partners and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across their vertical.
