Job Description
DNP Pest Control Company is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team.
This opportunity is open to NYSC members and other interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in customer service and office operations.
ResponsibilitiesAttend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Respond professionally to customer requests and complaints.
Schedule and follow up on customer appointments and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction.
Support the team with administrative and customer service tasks.
Communicate customer feedback to the relevant team members.
Assist with preparing reports and maintaining service records.
RequirementsHND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
NYSC members and other interns are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused and friendly personality.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to use WhatsApp and other communication platforms professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
