Following the tragic death of founders Edwin and Stella Ajaere, their son, Chidi Ajaere, took over in 2009. He transformed the company from a traditional transport business into a major tech-enabled mobility and logistics company. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experience Officer

Location: Umuahia, Abia

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guest. Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system. Create and maintain guest reservation records. Announce arrival and departureinformation using the public address system. Assist in guest luggage check-in. Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate quarters. Adhere to the company’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows. Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and fellow employees. Resolve service problems by clarifying guest complaints via phone, email and in-person. Forward booking/traveling reschedule requestto the concerned unit. Serve guests by providing service information related to traveling schedule, fare and payment. Promote the online booking, app downloads and other products and services of the company to customers.
