We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer with proven experience in real estate marketing to join our construction and real estate company. The ideal candidate must have practical experience marketing properties, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into buyers.

Market and promote the company's properties, including houses, apartments, and other real estate developments. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into actual clients. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive property sales. Use social media, property listing websites, digital advertising, referrals, and other channels to attract potential buyers. Create engaging property adverts, presentations, and marketing content. Arrange and conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations. Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and maintain a database of leads and clients. Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and other relevant stakeholders. Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities. Work towards achieving agreed sales targets and marketing objectives. Prepare regular reports on leads generated, client engagement, property inspections, and completed sales.

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing. Proven track record of marketing properties and generating sales or qualified leads. Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous real estate marketing work, campaigns, property listings, or sales achievements. Good knowledge of property marketing platforms, social media advertising, and digital marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills. Ability to generate leads independently, follow up effectively, and close deals. Must be proactive, confident, presentable, target-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets.
