CC Talent Services is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Account / Cost Officer

Location: Victoria island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure they remain within approved targets and budgets. Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations while investigating variances, shortages, and discrepancies. Review purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing processes to ensure proper controls and accurate recording of stock movements. Calculate and monitor food and beverage costs, menu costing, portion control, and gross profit margins. Prepare periodic cost, inventory, variance, and profitability reports and provide recommendations to management for improved cost efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in financial planning, cost control, or related roles, in an hospitality environment.

Advanced Excel skills:

Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost management. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly. Application Closing Date
