Job Overview
We're hiring an F&B Manager who leads from the floor, owns the numbers, and builds teams that consistently deliver - not someone who manages from behind a desk.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across all F&B outlets and service areas
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 11–20 F&B staff
Track food cost, wastage, and revenue figures weekly and act on variances
Ensure all stock, orders, bills, and complimentary items are properly recorded
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across every shift - Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to resolve issues and improve delivery
Requirements3-7 years of experience

Food safety and HACCP compliance
Guest complaint resolution
SOP development and enforcement
