Summary
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Lash Extension Technician to join our client’s team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying, maintaining, and removing eyelash extensions while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
The desired candidate must have proven experience as a Lash Extension Technician or in a similar beauty role and must be flexible to work at other outlets when required.
Key ResponsibilitiesApply professional eyelash extensions according to customers’ preferences and desired styles.
Perform lash refills, maintenance, and safe removal of extensions.
Assess customers’ natural lashes and recommend suitable lash styles and techniques.
Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstation.
Provide guidance to customers on proper eyelash extension care and maintenance.
Maintain high standards of precision, neatness, and quality in all lash services.
Keep up with current lash trends, techniques, and industry standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Be available to work at other outlets when booked or required by the company.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE/OND or relevant training/certification in Lash Technology, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lash Extension Technician is required.
Good knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques and styles.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and creativity.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently and meet customer needs efficiently.
Must be flexible and willing to work at other outlets when required.
Must be neat, professional, patient, and customer-focused.
