Location: Dugbe / Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary
We need a team lead who can monitor and lead staff members efficiently without supervision to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
Job Duties
Preparation of customers' orders.
Handle stocktaking and inventory management effectively
Interact politely with customers when necessary and maintain professionalism
Follow the safety and hygiene requirements of the company
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Customer service-oriented
Compliance and safety management
Supervise and lead a team efficiently
Ensure staff comply with food safety & hygiene
Monitor daily sales performance
Monitor product quality, portioning, and consistency of smoothies.
RequirementsA male candidate, preferably
Minimum qualifications: OND, HND / BSc in any discipline
1-2 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, especially in a food retail company
Strong leadership skills
Good communication/organization skills
Proficient in Excel.
SalaryN80,000 monthly.
