We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chef
Location: Gwarinpa - Abuja
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare nutritious, high-quality meals.
Create menus and ensure variety in meals.
Ensure food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate duties.
Manage food inventory and place orders as required.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and well-maintained.
Control portion sizes and minimize food waste.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years' experience as a Chef.
Culinary certification or related qualification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, nutrition and hygiene standards.
Excellent leadership and time management skills.
