Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to grow revenue through account management and new business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify new business
Develop and manage individual account plans for top accounts
Support sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Maintain client records and produce monthly sales reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure adherence to sales policies and SOPs
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B/Banquets, and other departments
Deliver excellent guest service and uphold health, safety, and hotel standards
Knowledge of Lagos corporate market
RequirementsBachelor’s degree (any field)
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a five-star hotel
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience with local and international meetings & event groups
Strong communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills
Strategic, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure
SalaryN400,000 – N500,000 per month.
