Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes for contract staff.
Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
Manage staff contracts, renewals, and compliance with HR policies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on workforce planning.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HR operations.
RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR management, especially with contract staff.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
