Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the organization’s human resources functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee development while supporting the organization’s business objectives
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare and monitor HR reports, metrics, and workforce plans.
Work closely with management to address workforce and organizational needs.
Oversee payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, and attendance administration.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCIis an advantage.
