Job Title: Human Resources and Organizational Due Diligence Consultant
Location: Lagos
Objective
To assess organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, HR policies, employee liabilities, leadership capacity, and restructuring opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Assessment:Review current organizational structure. Assess reporting lines and spans of control. Identify duplication of roles and inefficiencies.
Workforce Analysis
Review workforce demographics.
Assess manpower utilization.
Review succession planning.
Evaluate critical skill gaps.
Employee Cost Review:Analyze salary and benefits structures.
Assess payroll integrity.
Review pension and employee obligations.
Identify opportunities for workforce optimization.
HR Compliance Review:Review employment contracts.
Assess labor law compliance.
Evaluate HR policies and procedures.
Change Management
Support restructuring implementation planning. Develop workforce transition recommendations.
Deliverables:HR Due Diligence Report.
Organizational Effectiveness Assessment.
Workforce Optimization Plan.
Revised Organization Structure.
Change Management Framework.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).
Minimum of 10 years HR consulting experience.
Experience in organizational restructuring.
